Protection: Level II The #421 Patella Knee Support is one of McDavids' most popular knee supports. It features two medial and two lateral spring steel stays with adjustable straps and a superior horseshoe buttress to aid patella tracking. It lends minor ligament support and helps relieve the symptoms of chondromalacia, patellar subluxation and patellar tendinitis. It also features a long 3/16" thick neoprene sleeve with nylon facing on both sides. Contoured and sized for optimum fit WARNING: Do not apply over open wounds or if you have a susceptibility to dermatitis
