All manufacturer direct orders listed as "In stock" are shipped directly from the manufacturers and can take up to 1-2 business days to process and be shipped via economy ground service. Expedited shipping is not available for these products.

Please be aware that manufacturer direct products may have a backorder date if no inventory is currently available. If backordered, you will receive an email notification from us with the expected ship date. If the item is completely out of stock, we will promptly refund your money.

Inventory Clarification
We aim to clarify the distinction between "In stock" items stored in our warehouse, available for immediate shipment, and those labeled as "In stock" items from manufacturers.
WAREHOUSE INVENTORY
Items labeled as "In stock" and available for immediate shipment are physically present in our warehouse. These items will be shipped within 1 business day of placing your order.
MANUFACTURER DIRECT INVENTORY
For certain products, we collaborate with manufacturers to display their inventory as "In stock" on our platform. These items are not housed in our warehouse but are readily available at the manufacturer's facility. Orders for manufacturer direct items will be processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping will be directly handled by the manufacturer.
Expedited shipping is not available for these items.
Important Notes Regarding Manufacturer Direct Items:
- Shipping Origin:
Manufacturer direct items will be shipped directly from the respective manufacturer's facility. - Backorders: If inventory is not available at the manufacturer's facility, there may be a backorder date. In such cases, you will receive an email notification with the expected ship date.
- Out of Stock: If an item is completely out of stock at the manufacturer's facility, you will be notified, and a prompt refund will be issued.
